Corundum Silicon Carbide Castable

Corundum silicon carbide castable are made of fused brown corundum or white corundum and silicon carbide as the main raw materials, added with alumina powder, kyanite, explosion-proof fiber, and combining with white cement.

Strong anti-scouring ability

The characteristics of corundum silicon carbide castables are: good resistance to slag erosion, strong thermal shock stability and strong anti-scouring ability.

High thermal conductivity

The silicon carbide in the corundum silicon carbide castable has high thermal conductivity and small thermal expansion coefficient. Silicon carbide plays the role of wear resistance, thermal shock resistance and skeleton at high temperature.

Extremely strong wear resistance

The corundum silicon carbide castable made by combining corundum and silicon carbide has extremely strong wear resistance and can resist corrosion from acidic and alkaline materials.
